• FAQ
Is the Tanza Select C an i-Size car seat?

Yes, it fully meets the EU R129/04 safety standards, – it fits any ISOFIX-equipped car, is compatible with all i-Size seating positions, and has been proven safe in both front- and side-impact crashes. Tanza Select C is built for safer, easier travel.

Can I install the Tanza Select C in a rearward-facing position?

No, the Tanza Select C can only be used in a forward-facing position.

Can I install the Tanza Select C without the ISOFIX anchors?

Yes, installation using the car’s seat belt alone is also possible. However, for child car seats from the age of 3.5 to 12 years, we recommend installing the seat with ISOFIX in combination with the car seat belt, as this provides greater stability and helps keep the seat securely in place.

Can I install the car seat in the front passenger seat?

Yes, you can install the car seat on the front passenger seat. If an active airbag is present, we recommend positioning the passenger seat as far back as possible.

How long can I use the Tanza Select C car seat?

The Tanza Select C is designed for children approximately 3.5 to 12 years of age (100–150 cm), providing more than eight years of use.

Is the Tanza Select C adjustable in height?

Yes, the headrest can be adjusted to one of 10 different heights, ranging from 52.5 up to 72.5 cm. This is measured on the inside, from the seat up to the top of the headrest.

What is the maximum child height of the Tanza Select C?

We advise using Tanza Select C from 100 up to 150 cm (approx. 3.5 – 12 years). The headrest is adjustable and grows with your child.

Can I fold the Tanza Select C?

Yes, the Tanza Select C is foldable, making it easy to store and transport. When folded, it measures L45 x W60 x H28 cm.

How do I fold the Tanza Select C?

At the bottom of the seat, you’ll find a light grey handle that you use to fold the seat.

I dropped my car seat on the floor. Do I need to replace it now?

No, this is not necessary unless you drop the car seat from a great height. When a car seat drops from a low height, this is not comparable to a (serious) crash, and it will not have to be replaced. If you have any doubts, please reach out to our consumer care team.
