We want to provide you the comfort and confidence that you are buying the right product, even though you do not have the opportunity to try them out before your purchase.

When you purchase a Maxi-Cosi product from our website, you can try it out for 100 days. This allows you to see, touch, and fully experience the product in the comfort of your home. If it doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it provided the following conditions are met:

• The return must be in its original condition, with no damages to the product, and inside the original box to avoid damages during transportation.
• The product must have all original labels, the user manual, warranty papers, packaging material, and any other labels intact.
• The product can only be used inside the house, except for car seats, which can be tried in your car for fitting.
• If the product is visibly damaged or shows signs of use when received by Maxi-Cosi, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

If you receive the wrong product, a defective product, a product not in its original packaging, or if your order is older than 100 days, please contact our consumer care department.
