  What is included in the box with Oxford+ 7-Piece Essentials Bundle?

  The Essentials Bundle comes in two packages. One includes the pushchair, bumper bar, and shopping basket, as well as your Sense carrycot, including the soft mattress and boot cover. The other includes the 5 additional accessories, including the 2-in-1 Footmuff, Nappy backpack, Rain cover, Cup holder, and Baby car seat Adapters.

  Is the Oxford seat suitable for newborns?

  Yes! The Oxford seat is made for children from birth to 22 kg (around 4 years old). It has a full lie-flat position that’s both parent- and road-facing for the best comfort from newborn to toddler. For newborns, however, we advise to use the Sense carrycot for the best comfort and protection for your baby. Prefer to use the seat for your little one? Then we advise to use the Oxford seat in parent facing direction in combination with the 2-in-1 Footmuff (sold separately) for optimal comfort and a cocooning feeling. You can also combine the Oxford with a compatible baby car seat (sold separately) to make it a complete from-birth 3-in-1 travel system.

  How long can I use the Sense carrycot and Oxford seat?

  The Sense carrycot can be used from birth up to 9 kg (around 6 months old). The Oxford pushchair can be used from birth to 22 kg (around 4 years old) thanks to its multiple recline positions including the lie-flat position. The high backrest and soft inlay with high-density foam provide extra comfort for both small babies and toddlers.

  Can I fold the Oxford with the seat?

  Yes, Oxford can be folded while the seat is still attached, both in parent-facing and in road-facing position for the most convenient folding for you. It folds into a compact, self-standing package so you can easily store it away when not in use.

  Is the 5-point harness of the Oxford seat adjustable?

  Yes, the 5-point harness of the Oxford pushchair is easy to adjust thanks to its sliding adjustment system, ensuring a perfect fit for your child without the hassle of adjusting the harness manually.

  Are the canopies of the Oxford+ UV protected?

  Yes, the canopies of the Maxi-Cosi Sense carrycot as well as the Oxford pushchair are UV protected, with a protection factor (UPF) of 50+.

  Can I put a baby car seat on the Oxford pushchair?

  Yes, Oxford is compatible with Maxi-Cosi baby car seats, such as the Pebble 360 Pro2, which are easily installed with the included Baby car seat Adapters. You simply click them onto the pushchair, and you can install the car seat on top of them.   Does the Oxford have four-wheel suspension?

  Yes, Oxford comes with 4-wheel suspension, ensuring smooth strolls for both you and your little one. It also features a front-wheel swivel lock to make strolling over uneven paths even smoother.

  Can I wash the seat fabrics of Oxford+?

  Yes, the inner fabrics of the Sense carrycot as well as its mattress cover, and the inlay of the Oxford seat, are removable and can be washed by hand. The rest of the carrycot and seat fabrics, as well as the basket and frame, can be cleaned using a sponge and soapy water.

  Which accessories match Oxford+?

  The Oxford+ 7-Piece Essentials Bundle already comes with a range of accessories, including a Nappy backpack, 2-in-1 Footmuff, Cup holder, Rain cover, and Baby car seat adapters.   Yes, it is possible to hang the included Nappy backpack on the Oxford pushchair with a strict maximum of 2 kg. The Nappy backpack has integrated clips for easy installation on your push bar. We recommend always keeping an eye on your pushchair and do not leave your child unattended.

  How do I set up and use Oxford+?

  For instructions on setup and use, watch our demonstration videos on our YouTube channel. It's divided into chapters, so you can easily skip to the part you're looking for.

  Can I fold the Oxford seat with the 2-in-1 Footmuff?

  Yes, you can. The package may be a bit less compact, but you can still fold your Oxford when the 2-in-1 footmuff is installed.

  What do I do if my Maxi-Cosi product needs to be repaired?

  If your Maxi-Cosi product fails due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect, we will either send you a replacement part or make a repair free of charge under our 24-month warranty or Lifetime Warranty. This also covers the cost of shipping. If the product cannot be repaired, or if the cost of repairing the item exceeds the cost of a new one, it will be replaced by another Maxi-Cosi of the same model and colour.

   

  If that is not available, it will be replaced by the closest model and available colour. If you made your purchase from a Maxi-Cosi authorized dealer, please take the item back to them to arrange for it to be repaired or replaced free of charge. If you bought it via this website, please get in touch with our customer care team. You’ll need your original purchase receipt and your Lifetime Warranty card if you are claiming under our Lifetime Warranty. If you are claiming under our 24-month warranty, you’ll need your original purchase receipt. Please note that repairs do not extend the warranty.

  What if I need a repair that is not covered under warranty?

  Repairs not covered under warranty include any damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, malicious damage, negligence, or if you do not follow the guidance set out in the user manual. If you bought the item second-hand you are also unable to claim under warranty.

   

  We’re committed to reducing waste and we want you to enjoy your Maxi-Cosi product for as long as possible. That’s why we offer a repairs service for all our customers. We keep repair costs as low as possible, but prices will vary due to the cost of the materials and the length of time it takes to do the repair. Repair rates can be obtained via your retailer or from our customer care team here. If the repair exceeds the standard rate you will be notified and asked for your authorization before we’ll proceed. We also sell spare parts, including replacement seat covers, which can help you to enjoy using your Maxi-Cosi product for as long as possible.

  How do I send my Maxi-Cosi in for repair?

  It’s easy to send your Maxi-Cosi for a repair. If you bought it from an authorized dealer, take it back to them. If you bought it via this website, please get in touch with our customer care team.. Remember, if you are claiming the repair under our 24-month warranty, you’ll need to show proof of purchase. If you are claiming it under our Lifetime Warranty, you’ll need proof of purchase and your Lifetime Warranty card, which was sent to you after registration.   We understand that life without your Maxi-Cosi product could be challenging for you and your family. That’s why we do our best to make repairs as quickly as possible. Our typical turnaround time is 2-3 business days, not including:

   

  • Special order parts, which require 7-10 business days.
  • Transit time, which may vary, depending on the destination.

  In some cases, we can get the repair back to you sooner. In rare cases, it may take longer. If you have returned your Maxi-Cosi product to your retailer for the repair, turnaround times may be longer.

  As part of our commitment to sustainability, we aim to help you extend the lifecycle of your Maxi-Cosi. So if your Maxi-Cosi product is damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or an accident, you can take advantage of our value for money repair service.
