RodiFix AirProtect®
Installation
It does not matter what car you drive, our Maxi-Cosi RodiFix AirProtect® will fit if your car has ISOFIX. For a secure fit your child seat is attached with your car’s seat belt and ISOFIX. To install, place RodiFix AirProtect® on the back seat of your car, connect the child seat to your car’s ISOFIX connectors, and buckle up with the seat belt. That’s it! installation is complete.
Did you know that the ISOFIX connection makes the child seat more stable? Also, when your little one is not sitting in the child seat, it becomes more stable.

Safety
At Maxi-Cosi, your little one’s safety is our highest priority. From infant carriers for newborn babies to car seats for 12-year-olds, we are here to help carry families happily into their future. External crash test centres, such as the German automobile organisation ADAC (Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club), test our Maxi-Cosi car seats on dynamic safety and ease of use.
When ADAC tested our RodiFix AirProtect® car seat, it received a good score on safety. The child seat is equipped with a Side Protection System to protect your little one in case of a crash. In addition to the Side Protection System, our child seat contains unique AirProtect® technology. In the event of a side-impact, this technology gives your child’s head extra protection, ensuring maximum safety.
Innovative AirProtect® technology
RodiFix AirProtect®’s patented AirProtect® technology reduces the risk of head injury by as much as 20%! In a crash, AirProtect® diverts the force of the impact away from your little one’s head, absorbing them into the headrest. This instantaneously reduces the risk of head injury and protects your child.
When your little one grows, our Maxi-Cosi RodiFix AirProtect® stays comfortable. Adjust the headrest’s height so it can adapt to your little one as they grow, all the way up to when they’re 12 years old!

Der Sitz ist super. Isofix funktioniert gut, manchmal muss man da rumspielen, aber es geht. Verarbeitung, Stoff sind auch top.
Einziges was etwas stört, dass die seitliche Stütze diese Flügel sehr beweglich sind, leider kann man diese nicht wirklich fiksieren.

j’ai achete ce produit il y a 4 mois, defaut sur le siege et en plus meme avec une bonne installation le siege bouge enormement.

Der Kindersitz lässt sich einfach einbauen, gerade in meinem eher schmalen Auto ist es gut, dass er keine Hörnchen für die Gurtführung hat. Bequem ist er laut Kind auch. Allerdings macht er permanent bei jedem Hubbel in der Straße Quietschgeräusche durch aufeinander reibendes Styropor in der Kopfstütze. Das wirkt nicht sehr wertig und nervt auch.

MItt första intryck är att stolen är snygg och ser ganska smäcker ut. Det var lätt att installera den och kändes som det fanns gott om alternativ för att få stolen att passa bra i just min bil. Har använt den till barn som är 6 och 4 år gamla. Tycker de satt bra i stolen och det kändes säkert så som de satt. För barnen var det en omställning jämfört med deras tidigare bilbarnsstol då de satt lite annorlunda, framförallt kände barnen att deras huvuden omslöts mer (jag tycker det kändes säkrare men de upplevde sig mer instängda, säkert en vanesak).

Konsequente Weiterentwicklung des Rodi AirProtect. Nicht nur ISOfix wurde ergänzt, auch die bisher etwas hakelige obere Gurtführung wurde durch eine praktische Schnapphalterung ersetzt, und die Einstellung des Sitzwinkels ist jetzt arretierbar.
Das Vorgängermodell kennen und haben wir schon, da gab es außer den oben genannten Punkten nichts zu bemängeln.
Erwähnenswert ist, da sehr wenig Werbung dafür gemacht wird, dass die ISOfix-Bedestigung optional ist! Sie kann komplett eingeklappt werden, so dass der Sitz auch mit Dreipunktsystem in alten Autos funktioniert.
