Is Pearl 360 Pro an i-Size compliant car seat?
Yes, it fully meets the EU R129/03 safety standards, — when used with the FamilyFix 360 base it fits any ISOFIX-equipped car, is compatible with all i-Size seating positions, and has been proven safe in both front- and side-impact crashes.
From and to what age can I use Pearl 360 Pro?
Pearl 360 Pro can be used from birth (approx. 40 cm) with the newborn inlay (sold separately), all the way up to 4 years old (105 cm). Without the newborn inlay, you can use Pearl 360 Pro from approx. 3 months (up to 61 cm).
Is the newborn inlay included with the Pearl 360 Pro?
The newborn inlay is sold separately as an accessory. With the newborn inlay, parents can choose whether to use the Pearl 360 Pro from birth or start with a separate baby car seat, such as the Pebble 360 Pro.
What is the maximum allowed child weight for the Pearl 360 Pro?
The maximum allowed child weight is 17 kg, which corresponds to approximately 4 years of age and 105 cm in height.
What is the easy-in harness?
The 5-point safety harness with easy-in feature makes getting your child in and out their seat simple. When unbuckling the harness, the shoulder pads spring upwards and stay open to make room for easy access.
How tight should I fasten the safety harness system?
To fasten the harness correctly, pull the harness adjustment strap until it fits snugly against your child’s body. When properly tightened, no more than one finger should fit between the strap and your child.
Which car seat bases are compatible with Pearl 360 Pro?
The Pearl 360 Pro is compatible with both the FamilyFix 360 and FamilyFix 360 Pro ISOFIX bases. For more details, please check the car seat compatibility overview on our website.
How do I operate the rotation function?
When the seat is in driving position, you can unlock the rotation with the handles on both sides. When the seat is in lateral position, you can simply rotate the seat with one hand without touching the handle.
When you’re ready to drive, please make sure the car seat is fully rotated back to the rearward-facing position. When you hear a click, the car seat is locked and you’re ready to go.
Can I rotate the car seat in any position?
Yes, you can easily and safely rotate the seat in any position, from fully upright to fully reclined. Please be aware that the FamilyFix 360 base is sold separately.
What is G-CELL Side Impact Protection?
G-CELL is our side-impact protection system. It is an integrated safety feature that is always active and spreads side-impact forces across the entire car seat structure.
What does EcoCare mean?
All our car seats are made with sustainable, 100% recycled EcoCare fabrics. You will experience the same soft, comfortable, breathable quality you would expect from Maxi-Cosi, without compromising on durability.
