Here at Maxi-Cosi, we are committed to giving children the best start in life and providing parents with the products and the confidence to live better today. Everything we do is helping to build a better world for our children tomorrow. That’s why we recycle, we reuse and we refurbish our products.

All Maxi-Cosi all refurbished products are as good and as safe as a new Maxi-Cosi product. They are all thoroughly checked, tested and cleaned to ensure they are still safe, and in good to perfect condition, to be used again. Maxi-Cosi’s refurbished products can be found across all our main product categories, which are part of the current collection.

What is a refurbished product?

Products returned by consumers during the ‘free return option timings’:

  • Consumers may have tested the product, but Maxi-Cosi ensure it’s still in ‘good to perfect’ condition.
  • Product labels may no longer be attached to the product and pop-up sheets or product manuals may have been removed by the customer.
  • The product may not be in the original box. 

Products returned from fairs:

  • Product may not be in the original box
  • Product may have visible signs of use. E.g. wheels may show use after being demonstrated at a fair
  • Product labels may be removed

All refurbished products have a:

  • 2 year warranty
  • Return policy within 100 days after purchase

No other discounts promotions or discounts are applicable on refurbished products.

How do we refurbish?

Your families’ safety is everything to us. We have a dedicated service centre and a team of experts stringently checking all products to ensure that they meet our high safety standards.

Our experts check:

  • Safety - we ensure it is safe to use.
  • Product usage - we always ensure it can be used as a new Maxi-Cosi product should.
  • Visible signs of usage - we only refurbish products with minor visible signs.

If one of the 3 checks is unacceptable or doesn’t meet the requirements, the product will not be refurbished. Refurbished products are always sold for a discounted price, compared to buying a new product.
