The Maxi-Cosi Elea pushchair seat is designed for children from birth to 15 kilos (around 3½ years). We recommend using the Maxi-Cosi Mura together with a Maxi-Cosi infant car seat or carrycot the first 6 months in order to offer your baby optimal protection. The maximum weight limit for a Maxi-Cosi infant car seat is 13 kg and, for the carrycot 9 kg.
